With growing seasonal demand and increasing competition in the Outdoor category, the brands needed a performance-focused transformation on Amazon. We created two distinct but brand-cohesive Amazon Stores for Fire Sense and Balkene Home. Each store featured seasonal banners, product collection tiles (heating, seating, fire tables, accents), and lifestyle visuals to increase brand authority and navigability.
PPC campaigns were restructured into branded, generic, and competitor-focused segments. We prioritized high-intent outdoor and seasonal terms, used dynamic bidding for peak sales hours, and expanded into Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display for retargeting.
Top ASINs were optimized with long-tail and seasonal keywords. We improved product titles, bullet points, backend terms, and image stacks to better support ad traffic and organic visibility.
